As the Packing and Logistics Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure the efficient flow of finished goods from production through to distribution.
Job Responsibility
Leading and coordinating daily packing and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of goods to internal and external distribution hubs
Working closely with transport providers and distribution centres to align output with dispatch schedules
Overseeing automated packing systems and supporting manual packing activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime
Monitoring performance across key logistics metrics including throughput, transfer accuracy and on-time delivery
Leading, coaching and developing your team while driving a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or bulk handling environments, ideally with exposure to packing operations
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and engage teams
Strong logistics and coordination capability, with experience working across dispatch, transport or distribution functions
High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, labelling and product traceability
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across production, logistics and transport teams
