Job Description

As the Packing and Logistics Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure the efficient flow of finished goods from production through to distribution.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and coordinating daily packing and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of goods to internal and external distribution hubs
  • Working closely with transport providers and distribution centres to align output with dispatch schedules
  • Overseeing automated packing systems and supporting manual packing activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime
  • Monitoring performance across key logistics metrics including throughput, transfer accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team while driving a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or bulk handling environments, ideally with exposure to packing operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and engage teams
  • Strong logistics and coordination capability, with experience working across dispatch, transport or distribution functions
  • High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, labelling and product traceability
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across production, logistics and transport teams
