Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Operative to service the lines within the factory with packaging within a busy chilled food environment. This role is working 4on/4off, hours: 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00. Pay - £13.12 for days and £14.62 for nights.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain control of packaging movement (trays, cardboard outer etc) from Dry stores to the Stock Holding Area to Gourmet
  • Liaise with Stores, Production and Planning to meet daily manufacturing requirements
  • Electronic recording of packaging movement (using NAV), including daily stock takes
  • Replenishing stocks of packaging in Gourmet
  • Accurate labelling of packaging for traceability purposes
