Responsible for the labeling, inspecting, and packaging of final container products using manual and/or automated packaging systems. Operates packaging equipment, performs labeling, data entry, and documentation. Also involved in troubleshooting basic packaging operations and ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Package materials per SMP and SOP, including equipment setup, cleanup, and documentation
Perform filling, assembling, labeling, and inspection under supervision
Accurately weigh materials and maintain records
Communicate product/process status between shifts
Move materials using handling equipment and set up/operate/clean production equipment
Maintain accurate logs and production records
Identify minor equipment repairs and follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping policies
Work overtime as required and perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, preferably in a regulated setting
Experience with routine manual tasks and handling production equipment
Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and troubleshoot basic issues
Strong record-keeping skills, both manually and electronically using personal computers
Ability to manage frequent changes in assignments and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic and chart analysis
Basic proficiency in PC use and Windows operating systems
Ability to work in a repetitive environment and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills and ability to use independent judgment in troubleshooting and decision-making
Proficient in English for reading, writing, and analyzing simple diagrams and instructions
