Responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products, ensuring compliance with customer, internal, and clinical demands. The role includes inspecting in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality, removing defective products, and maintaining accurate documentation of manufacturing activities.
Job Responsibility:
Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products
Ensure products meet quality specifications and comply with procedures
Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality, removing defects
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (e.g., device history records, inventory counts)
Assist with simple mathematical calculations for batch records
Participate in inventory counting and safety audits
Engage in daily safety discussions and maintain a safe work environment
Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment
Abide by personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements
Handle hazardous waste when required
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of industry work experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with documentation practices and basic mathematical calculations
Willing to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts and overtime as needed
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and contamination control measures
