Responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging final container products using manual and automated systems. Operates and maintains packaging equipment, ensures compliance with standard procedures, and performs initial checks on completed documents for accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Package materials according to Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Label, inspect, assemble, and fill containers under general supervision
Maintain accurate weighing of materials per SMP and SOP tolerances
Move materials from storage to workspace using material handling equipment
Identify the need for minor equipment repairs and troubleshoot basic issues
Communicate product or process status between shifts through oral or written reports
Requirements:
High School degree with 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience
Experience in a regulated environment is preferred
Ability to recognize deviations from specifications in manual and routine tasks
Proficient in maintaining neat and accurate records and logs, both manually and electronically
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
Capability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and use independent judgment in planning and decision-making
High school degree is required
Proficiency in English for reading, writing, analyzing charts, and performing basic arithmetic
Basic computer skills and experience with production equipment are essential
Nice to have:
Experience in a regulated environment is preferred
