Job Description

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Packaging Operators to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products that meet the highest standards. Working under the direction of the Shift Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in packaging operations, product quality, equipment sanitation, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform packaging activities in a manufacturing and production environment
  • Sanitize and prepare packaging equipment according to established procedures
  • Prepare packaging components and product materials for production runs
  • Package finished products accurately and efficiently for shipment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and compliance standards
  • Follow production schedules and operational procedures to support daily output goals
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity and quality objectives
  • Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environments preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
