Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the packaging team
  • Oversee daily packaging operations to meet production targets
  • Ensure all packaged products comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance and ensure rapid troubleshooting of packaging machinery
  • Monitor packaging material stock levels and coordinate with procurement
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related specialty from a Polytechnic School
  • Previous experience in the food industry in the packaging department
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management
  • Very good knowledge of English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Methodology, consistency and attention to detail
