Campbell Snacks is currently seeking students for 6-month co-op positions within the R&D Package Development Department at the corporate office located in Camden, NJ. Campbell Snacks’ Co-op Program provides students with an opportunity to contribute to activities within Snacks and Fresh & Frozen Bakery. Students may work on brands including Goldfish, Milano, Snyder’s of Hanover, Late July, Cape Cod and Farmhouse encompassing a wide variety of packaging formats.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the development of package components to support Base, Innovation and Quality initiatives
Participate in and lead Packaging trials at manufacturing facilities as needed
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members and external suppliers
Present results to the R&D organization upon completion of the 6-month term
Requirements:
Candidates must be full-time undergraduate students, enrolled in Packaging Engineering or related program and will be returning to school after the completion of the co-op term
Candidates must have completed at least one semester of core classes and/or fulfilled School requirements for Co-op eligibility
Candidates must be in good academic standing with their college or university
3.0 GPA or higher preferred
Candidates must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project and business needs
Candidates must be able to work well independently within a team environment and manage multiple projects
Physical ability to handle weight of approximately twenty-five pounds
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company
