With continued investment across European markets, the business is seeking a commercially driven and ambitious New Business Account Manager to accelerate growth across the DACH region. 40% account management, 60% new business. This is a genuine hunter role suited to someone who thrives on opening new doors, winning new business, and building long-term commercial relationships within dynamic B2B environments.
Job Responsibility
Developing and executing strategic business development plans across assigned markets
Identifying and securing new customers within food and packaging sectors
Managing and growing existing customer relationships
Building strong commercial pipelines and forecasting opportunities effectively
Leading negotiations and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships
Collaborating closely with technical, operational, and internal commercial teams
Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities
Promoting sustainable and innovative packaging solutions that add measurable value to customers
Requirements
Proven experience within B2B sales and new business development
Any experience within packaging, films, plastics, labels, cartons, flexibles, rigid packaging, or related materials
A strong track record of opening new accounts and growing territories
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience managing sales pipelines and commercial forecasting
The ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Nice to have
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
Fluency in English and Dutch
German language skills
