Job Description:

Randstad Canada is now accepting resumes to fill a full-time Packaging role in a warehouse with one of our busy manufacturing clients in Sidney! This is a temporary position to start that can lead into permanent ! The job will entail picking and assembling orders as a primary function. The hours would be 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7am-3pm or 8-4pm (they are flexible) - Monday to Friday for this Packaging role. This is a contract postion for 4 weeks but can go longer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Submit accurate records of filling and packaging work performed to the Packaging Supervisor
  • Familiarize with and follow all procedures and SOPs related to the filling, packaging and warehousing functions
  • Participate in any required training on the proper use and care of filling, packaging and warehouse-related equipment
  • Provide coverage for other Packaging Technicians and Warehouse person when necessary

Requirements:

  • High School or GED diploma
  • 6 months + previous warehouse experience
  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
  • MS Office exp an asset

Nice to have:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
  • MS Office exp an asset
