We are currently looking for a packager on the night shift (11pm to 7am). Job Responsibility:

  • Collect bags from the machine and hook them
  • Put plastic bags in boxes
  • Ensure bag quality check
  • Communicate production errors to the operator
  • Prepare your workstation for the current order
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized
  • Keep up with the fast pace of the machine
  • Other related duties

  • Receive plates into the internal system and verify orders
  • Plan the order in which plates are assembled based on the press production schedule
  • Clean, check, and mount plates on sleeves or cylinders, ensuring alignment and registration marks are correct
  • Use measuring and control tools (magnifying glass, mounting bench, cameras) to ensure accurate positioning
  • Ensure efficient management of plate, adhesive, and accessory stocks
  • Prepare and adjust adhesive tapes, mounting foams, and other supports
  • Maintain assembly tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
  • Communicate with press operators and press assistants to ensure smooth plate installation
  • Check the condition of the plates after printing and ensure they are maintained or replaced if necessary
