Requirements

8+ years of experience as a designer with specific focus in packaging and retail displays
Advanced design and storytelling skills, covering multiple formats and channels
A working knowledge of production and asset creation in print, digital and video workflows
Experience working with designers, program managers, product managers, product marketers, and third-party vendors
The ability to apply consumer insights and metrics to inform design decisions and influence company-wide strategy
A design to art direct and learn new things
Have familiarity with and curiosity in using AI tools to influence strategy, scale processes and assist with execution
A lot of curiosity, a desire to take risks, learn, and improve

Job Responsibility

Own the packaging and retail workflow from concept to creation
Develop a point of view and strategy around Square's retail presence and packaging

Approach small, routine updates holistically, identifying ways to uplevel our work and save our sellers time
