Job Description

We are looking for a creative Package Designer to join our team in a contract role with the potential to become permanent. This position focuses on developing compelling packaging concepts for food-related products while translating brand strategy into effective visual solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong production knowledge, an eye for brand consistency, and the ability to create artwork that is ready for print and manufacturing.

Job Responsibility

  • Create original packaging designs for food products that align with brand direction and market expectations
  • Develop dieline-based layouts and prepare accurate files for production and print execution
  • Build visual identity elements across packaging systems, labels, and supporting branded materials
  • Produce high-quality mockups and renderings to communicate design intent to internal partners and stakeholders
  • Revise label artwork and packaging graphics based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency and regulatory accuracy
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to design, refine, and deliver final creative assets for packaging initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support packaging development from concept through final artwork release

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in packaging design
  • Demonstrated background creating packaging for food or consumer packaged goods
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio that reflects brand-focused packaging work
  • Experience preparing production-ready artwork and working with dielines
  • Ability to create packaging mockups, renderings, and infographic-style visual assets
  • Understanding of brand development, visual identity, and label design best practices
