Job Description

The Package Coordinator is responsible for the accurate receiving, sorting, organizing, and tracking of all incoming packages for hotel guests and internal departments. This role ensures that packages are processed efficiently, stored securely, and delivered promptly in accordance with guest requests. The Package Coordinator works closely with the Concierge and Guest Services teams to maintain a smooth, reliable, and guest focused package handling operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurate receiving, sorting, organizing, and tracking of all incoming packages for hotel guests and internal departments
  • Ensure packages are processed efficiently, stored securely, and delivered promptly in accordance with guest requests
  • Work closely with the Concierge and Guest Services teams to maintain a smooth, reliable, and guest focused package handling operation

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying weights safely
  • Comfortable using package tracking or inventory systems
  • Strong communication skills and guest service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes during peak times
  • US work authorization is required
