Our client a professional association organization is seeking a PAC & Advocacy Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility
Support the day-to-day operations, communications, and initiatives of a Political Action Committee within a professional association
Implement fundraising strategies and support contributor stewardship to drive ongoing growth
Coordinate and execute events, including major conferences, advocacy summits, and fundraising activities
Maintain records, databases, and website content, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to increase visibility and engagement
Support grassroots advocacy initiatives by engaging members and expanding participation nationwide
Serve as a liaison to internal groups and external partners, supporting relationship management and outreach efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in relevant field
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of PAC compliance rules, legislative, and regulatory processes
Experience with fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting presentations and materials
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
