Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the QLD Building Manager
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and reporting
Prepare presentations, documents, and executive communications
Coordinate across Construction, Sales, Drafting and Pre-Construction teams
Track key actions, workflows, and project updates
Assist with reporting, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Support internal handovers and business processes
Maintain confidential files and ensure compliance with company standards
Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiencies
Requirements:
Previous PA, EA or senior administration experience (construction/property preferred)
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM/build systems advantageous)
A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach
Genuine interest in residential construction
Nice to have:
Experience supporting senior leaders in a building or property environment will be highly regarded
