This pivotal role provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the QLD Building Manager, helping drive operational efficiency across construction projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the QLD Building Manager
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and reporting
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and executive communications
  • Coordinate across Construction, Sales, Drafting and Pre-Construction teams
  • Track key actions, workflows, and project updates
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support internal handovers and business processes
  • Maintain confidential files and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Previous PA, EA or senior administration experience (construction/property preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM/build systems advantageous)
  • A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in residential construction
