PA to Director of Finance & Operations/HR Administrator role ensuring smooth operations through various administrative and support tasks

Job Responsibility

  • Organising and managing the DFO's diary and Outlook calendar
  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
  • Administering meetings, including document production and distribution
  • Assisting in HR administration, including managing leave and sickness records
  • Supporting recruitment processes and facilitating new starter checks
  • Suggesting improvements for administrative processes

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Previous experience working in an office environment in an administrative role
  • Ideally PA experience
