Job Responsibility

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the fast-paced diary of the Chairman, swiftly communicating changes and pre-circulating necessary documents
  • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage all travel for the Chairman and wider SLT, including personal requirements like appointments and bill payments
  • Email Management: Review, categorise, and prioritise email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and organisation
  • Meeting Coordination: Ensure the Chairman is prepared for all meetings, keeping track of tasks and deadlines
  • Guest Management: Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth transitions to meeting spaces
  • Administrative Support: Prepare letters, format documents, manage expenses, and handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a PA to senior directors
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships across departments
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and remain calm under pressure
