Job Description

PA Support Worker (15 hours per week) – Supporting a 45-year-old man to live an active, fun and fulfilled life. We are looking for a friendly, energetic and proactive PA Support Worker to support a 45-year-old man with sensory impairment, epilepsy and short-term memory loss to enjoy an engaging and fulfilling life both in the community and socially. This is not a clinical care role. It’s about participation, encouragement, confidence building and shared activities. You will be someone who genuinely enjoys getting involved, helping plan outings, and being part of the experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting a 45-year-old man with sensory impairment, epilepsy and short-term memory loss to enjoy an engaging and fulfilling life both in the community and socially
  • Participation, encouragement, confidence building and shared activities
  • Helping plan outings
  • Activities may include: Horse riding
  • Boxing training
  • Go-karting
  • Karaoke and music festivals

Requirements

  • Must be a driver with a reliable car in good condition (essential)
  • Current Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
