An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful Accountancy Practice as a PA / Senior Administrator. Working alongside another experienced PA and forming part of a well-established support team, this role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities at a senior level.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing diaries for Directors, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Booking travel and accommodation arrangements as required
  • Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, letters, and transcriptions
  • Supporting the Senior Management Team (SMT), including attendance at team meetings
  • Managing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Ordering office supplies, refreshments, and coordinating lunch provisions
  • Managing multiple shared inboxes and prioritising incoming requests
  • Recording staff holidays and maintaining the team holiday calendar
  • Coordinating IT support and maintenance with external providers
  • Handling incoming calls and carrying out general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Professional, confident, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
