Job Description:

Our client, is a vibrant and fast-paced events organisation known for delivering high-impact exhibitions and experiences. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Sales Operations Manager to support their sales team and ensure seamless operational delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining the Plecto Dashboard and updating Trading Reports
  • Creating new year issues/shows in Dynamics
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage cancellation processes
  • Keeping commission trackers up to date
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Creating rebook template contracts and rebook packs
  • Updating the Sales Performance Tracker (KPIs)
  • Booking travel for the team
  • Organising team incentives, vouchers, and prizes

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience of working for C-Suite executives
  • The ability and confidence to work for senior executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales operations or PA roles
  • Familiarity with Plecto or similar performance tracking tools

  • Drive cost reduction programs targeting material spend, overhead, and total lifecycle costs through negotiation leverage, value engineering, should-cost modeling, and supplier development initiatives
