Our client, based in Newcastle City Centre, is hiring a PA/Office Manager to join their team. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per year and involves providing administrative support to the CEO and managing office operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing invaluable support to the CEO
  • coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, trains, and hotels
  • managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • handling email correspondence efficiently
  • answering all incoming calls and managing the front door
  • overseeing deliveries and ensuring the office remains tidy
