Job Description:

We're recruiting for a highly organised and experienced PA/Executive Assistant to provide vital day-to-day support to several Directors. If you're a proactive multi-tasker with excellent communication and organisation skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors
  • Manage busy diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of Directors, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expenses, and general office coordination
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
