Role: P2P Supervisor|Finance & Accounting BPO. Location: Wroclaw (hybrid). Lead and shape a P2P operation — with real ownership. We are looking for an experienced P2P leader to join our Finance & Accounting BPO organization in Wrocław. In this role, you will take responsibility for end-to-end P2P operations across EMEA and lead a team delivering high-quality services to international stakeholders. This position is designed for someone who has already worked in complex P2P environments and is comfortable taking ownership of both performance and continuous improvement – not just maintaining existing processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and developing a P2P team supporting EMEA operations
  • Ensuring service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Managing workload planning, staffing, and team organization
  • Creating clarity of expectations and driving consistent team performance
  • Monitoring process performance and identifying improvement areas
  • Taking action on inefficiencies and recurring issues
  • Supporting initiatives related to standardization and automation
  • Ensuring smooth and accurate month-end closing execution
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as a reliable partner for the client and business functions
  • Supporting transitions, migrations, and process stabilization initiatives
  • Ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining and improving process documentation and standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in P2P / Finance operations within SSC, BPO, or a similar environment
  • Solid track record in team leadership and performance management
  • Experience working with international stakeholders in a dynamic setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent English
