Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for P2P Specialist

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute an efficient process on AMP-E level to manage MRP type requisitions
  • Contribute to KPI´s to monitor the whole process from requisition creation to final delivery of the materials
  • Manage all MRP related SAP work and documentation (master records, creation of PO´s, maintenance of PO acknowledgments, sending of PO reminders) for the allocated country
  • Be the key contact for all daily MRP related requisitions from and into country stakeholders
  • Be the first key contact for all country related SAP questions (Help desk for internal stakeholders) - linked to MRO and Local/Regional Procurement - and inclusive any kind of supply and supplier related question
  • Get in touch for further resolution with Country Procurement Specialists as an escalation
  • Support standardization and harmonization of processes across all AMP-E plants. Support to implement digitalized and automated solutions for repetitive tasks
  • Be the first key contact for all country invoice related questions linked to MRO and Local/Regional Procurement responsibilities and being raised from internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Engaging all relevant stakeholders with consistent and clear reporting, in order to provide fresh updates on current state of open orders
  • Identifying options for process improvement, offering solutions and driving them through until full implementation

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed BSc/MSc studies with business focus or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a procurement function in a multinational environment
  • Strong SAP MM and MS Office Software skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute transactions/workflows in SAP R3 MM in relation to requisitions, PO´s, PO reminders, master data
  • Good understanding in all Procurement related processes and the P2P process
  • Ability to work in teams successfully
  • Ability to communicate professionally with / to stakeholders
  • High level of proactiveness, business-oriented thinking, acting and stakeholder orientation
  • Understanding in related Storeroom, Finance and Accounting processes
  • Proven intercultural awareness
  • Internal customer service focused with sense of urgency and a hand on mentality
  • Fluent in German, working knowledge of English
