Job Description:

We are looking for a P2P Service Delivery Lead (SDL) to manage P2P Pharma Operations organization from the Europe Hub in Poznan. This includes oversight and responsibility for the services delivered by P2P GSK Operations Centre (GOC) in Bucharest and the P2P GSK Operations Centers in India. This role will require knowledge and understanding of P2P end-to-end processes, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely via a Service provider (BPO).

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end-to-end oversight of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services across Europe delivered by BPO and help hubs
  • Drive delivery and performance of P2P services across European organisations, ensuring targets are met
  • Own day-to-day BPO and internal operations, define/embed and monitor Lead & Lag KPIs and SLAs, and implement action plans for red KPIs through to closure
  • Act as escalation point for invoice/payment issues and escalate through GFS governance where required
  • Partner with Europe Finance, P2P SMEs and vendors to resolve P2P issues and improve process performance
  • Work with the P2P GPO to implement and embed global process and tool improvements
  • Ensure consistent adoption of standard practices, GSK policies, tools and processes across the region
  • Maintain robust BCP, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance for BPO-performed activities
  • Manage admin and access tasks (role/access approvals for BPO teams, payment approvals) and prepare/present Finance Board materials for assigned markets, driving follow-up actions to closure
  • Lead people and process performance: coach and develop the team, cascade strategy and vision, control daily workload, and participate in global projects

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in P2P area
  • At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience of working in a control / SOX environment
  • Previous experience in managing offshore service Team desired
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and influence stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Experience working with reporting/data mining tools e.g. SAP, Power BI, Celonis, Tableau is a plus
