The firm is seeking a P&C Systems and Reporting Lead to own the administration and optimisation of its HRIS people reporting function as it moves through a high-stakes phase of organisational evolution and a proposed merger.
Job Responsibility:
Optimise SAP SuccessFactors: Administer and configure SF modules to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and well-integrated
Lead Merger Integration: Execute data mapping, migration, and system cutover activities to maintain reporting continuity during the proposed merger
Evolve People Analytics: Design and deliver the P&C dashboard for senior leadership and the Board to support strategic workforce planning
Bridge Functions: Act as the central liaison between P&C, IT, Finance, and Legal to drive automation and project milestones.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience of administering SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar HCM)
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reporting for all levels of stakeholders
Track record of managing system migrations, M&A integrations, or large-scale change within regulated environments.
