Requirements:
lead P&C Germany team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence
be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality
you have passion for working with people and you successfully lead them by example
you have strong knowledge of P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment (with min. 3 years of experience)
communication in English is your strong point, and you are eager to use it while cooperating with various partners all over the world
knowledge of German will be an additional asset
you bring a true passion for people and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment
