P&C Services department delivers HR service to IKEA co-workers in 16 different European countries within the Personnel administration as well as Payroll. Human resources also manage legal compliance, maintain files and records, while reducing the administrative workload from HR Units. As a P&C Services Team Leader you will support the P&C Services Delivery Manager in building up and leading the competent PA and PY teams of Ingka Business Service Center.
Job Responsibility:
ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence
be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
closely cooperate with POT Project Manager to secure migration plan for transferring services from new GBO Country (Sweden) to GBO
actively participate & coordinate in relevant project deliverables
ensure that knowledge is effectively acquired and documented by the GBO P&C SE Team during Knowledge Transfer and Work Shadowing from New GBO Country (Sweden)

Requirements:
passion for working with people and successfully leading them by example
strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment (with min. 3 years of experience)
communication in English is a strong point
communicate fluently in English or/and Swedish
service oriented and customer focused background, a strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate
true passion for people and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment
passionate and experienced in managing transitions and driving change initiatives
