Job Description:

Lead the Compensation & Benefits Cross Country team to deliver high-standard services according to agreed procedures and service levels. Provide coaching, coordinate trainings, recruit co-workers, and actively partake in global services for Ingka Countries. Collaborate within a team environment, sharing IKEA culture and values.

Job Responsibility:

  • lead the Compensation & Benefits Cross Country team to deliver services according to agreed service levels
  • proactively provide to global services for all Ingka Countries required competence and lead solutions and initiatives implementation
  • maintain and develop P&C competence in the team with coaching and training
  • resolve first-level issues and escalate when necessary
  • manage continuous improvement of processes and working routines
  • recruit competent new co-workers
  • coach and develop PA/PY P&C staff knowledge, skills, and competence
  • coordinate trainings and manage team motivation
  • actively participate and coordinate project deliverables
  • contribute to a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong reality

Requirements:

  • passion for working with people and successfully lead them by example
  • strong knowledge of P&C environment with min. 3 years of experience
  • communication in English and cooperating with various partners worldwide
  • passion for people and working in a vibrant and changing environment
  • passion for transition and leading the change
  • service-oriented and customer-focused background, strong drive and ability to take decisions and delegate
  • understanding and passion for IKEA values
