Job Description:

P&C Services Team Leader position at Ingka Business Service Center, part of IKEA, supporting shops and other IKEA companies with financial and payroll services. The role involves leading PA/PY teams and delivering HR services to IKEA co-workers in 16 different European countries.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with global procedures and local legal requirements
Support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
Supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
Support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
Follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
Recruit competent new co-workers
Take active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence
Be responsible for coordination of trainings and keeping high level of motivation

Requirements:

Passion for working with people and successfully leading them by example
Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll environment with min. 3 years of experience
Strong communication skills in English
Service oriented and customer focused background
Strong drive and ability to take decisions and delegate
Understanding and passion for IKEA values
