Job Responsibility

  • lead one of our P&C teams to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
  • support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
  • supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
  • support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
  • follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
  • recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
  • take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence
  • be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
  • be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements

  • passion for working with people and successfully leading them by example
  • strong knowledge of P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment (with min. 3 years of experience)
  • communication in French and English is a strong point
