Job Responsibility:
lead one of our P&C teams to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence
be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality
Requirements:
passion for working with people and successfully leading them by example
strong knowledge of P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment (with min. 3 years of experience)
communication in French and English is a strong point
