Job Responsibility:

  • lead P&C Finland team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
  • support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics
  • supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities
  • support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
  • follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
  • recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles
