Job Description:

Process HR and payroll matters for IKEA employees in Sweden. Tasks include answering HR-related questions and handling personal data. Work is supported by team leaders and assistants in demanding situations. Includes hybrid working and interaction in an innovative and team-centered environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing ongoing orders from the country (e.g., employment term changes)
  • contacting the national HR unit
  • further processing in the system
  • extracting a report in Excel
  • answering HR-related questions via email and phone
  • employee support line operations (chat/email/telephone)
  • participating in weekly team meetings
  • self-study and training
  • mentoring interaction with a Buddy
  • reviewing company news

Requirements:

  • Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
  • confident in the field
  • familiarity with a ticket system
  • fluent in English and Swedish
  • attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • adaptability to changing environments
  • eagerness to participate in projects
  • knowledge of labor law
  • familiarity with SAP HR system
  • proficiency with MS Office tools
