Job Description:

In the P&C team, together with Junior Specialists, other Specialists, and Senior Specialists, process HR and payroll matters for employees of IKEA shops and companies in Denmark. Answer questions related to HR Administration and Payroll. Handle personal data, supported by Team Leaders and Assistants in demanding situations. Tasks include order processing, system updates, mentorship, and self-study.

Job Responsibility:

Team Leader’s morning briefing
processing of ongoing orders from the country
contact with the national HR unit
system processing
attending coffee breaks and team meetings
extracting reports from Excel
mentoring interactions with a Buddy
self-study in cultural differences or Excel via e-learning
work at employee support line
reviewing company news

Requirements:

Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
experience working with a ticket system
fluency in English and Danish
attentiveness to details with the ability to meet deadlines
adaptability in a changing environment
eagerness to take part in projects
knowledge of labor law
familiarity with SAP HR system
proficiency in using MS Office tools
