Job Description:

Process HR and payroll matters for IKEA employees in Denmark, including answering HR-related inquiries and handling personal data. Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery and engage in projects and personal development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Team Leader’s morning briefing with the team
processing ongoing orders such as employee employment term changes
contacting the national HR unit for issues like insurance errors
system processing
participating in weekly team meetings to discuss current topics and instructions
working with Excel for tasks like report extraction
mentoring through Buddy conversations
self-study on topics like cultural differences or Excel
supporting employees via helpline (telephone/e-mail/chat)
reviewing company news

Requirements:

Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
knowledge of ticket systems
fluency in English and Danish
attentiveness to details and ability to meet deadlines
adaptability in a changing environment
eagerness to take part in projects
understanding of labor law
familiarity with SAP HR system
proficiency in MS Office tools
a sense of security, stability, diversity, and openness
caring for the planet and people-focused approach
authenticity in interactions
proactive initiative
willingness to face challenges
