Job Description:

Process HR and payroll matters for IKEA employees in Denmark, including answering HR-related inquiries and handling personal data. Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery and engage in projects and personal development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Team Leader’s morning briefing with the team
  • processing ongoing orders such as employee employment term changes
  • contacting the national HR unit for issues like insurance errors
  • system processing
  • participating in weekly team meetings to discuss current topics and instructions
  • working with Excel for tasks like report extraction
  • mentoring through Buddy conversations
  • self-study on topics like cultural differences or Excel
  • supporting employees via helpline (telephone/e-mail/chat)
  • reviewing company news

Requirements:

  • Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
  • knowledge of ticket systems
  • fluency in English and Danish
  • attentiveness to details and ability to meet deadlines
  • adaptability in a changing environment
  • eagerness to take part in projects
  • understanding of labor law
  • familiarity with SAP HR system
  • proficiency in MS Office tools
  • a sense of security, stability, diversity, and openness
