Job Description

In the P&C team, together with Junior Specialists, other Specialists, and Senior Specialists, you will process HR and payroll matters for the employees of IKEA shops and companies. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via e-mail and phone) or handling their personal data.

Requirements

  • Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
  • knowledge of working with a ticket system
  • fluency in English and one of Romance languages

  • knowledge of labor law
  • familiarity with SAP HR system
  • comfort using MS Office tools
