P&C Services Specialist with English

• Processing HR and payroll matters for employees of IKEA shops and companies in Sweden
• Answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via e-mail and phone)
• Handling employees' personal data
• Processing ongoing orders from the country, e.g., a request for a change to an employee's employment terms in the systems
• Contact with the national HR unit, e.g., clarification of an error in an insurance application
• Work in Excel, e.g., extracting a report from the system
• Work at a 'helpline', i.e., employee support line (telephone/e-mail/chat)
• Reviewing company news

• Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
• Knowledge of working with a ticket system
• Fluent in English
• Attentive to details and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
• Eagerness to take part in some projects
• Knowledge of labor law
• Familiarity with the SAP HR system
• Comfortable using MS Office tools
