Job Description:

In the P&C team, together with Junior Specialists, other Specialists, and Senior Specialists, you will process HR and payroll matters for the employees of IKEA shops and companies in Denmark. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via e-mail and phone) or handling their personal data.

Job Responsibility:

Team Leader’s morning briefing/catch-up with the team
processing of ongoing orders from the country
contact with the national HR unit
further processing in the system
FIKA (coffee break)
weekly team meeting
work in Excel
conversation with your Buddy
lunch with the team
self-study
work at a 'helpline'
reviewing company news

Requirements:

Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
knowledge of working with a ticket system
fluency in English and Danish
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
adaptability in a changing environment
willingness to participate in projects
knowledge of labor law
familiarity with SAP HR system
proficiency in MS Office tools
