Job Description:

Coordinate and execute people and operations activities to ensure a positive co-worker experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Work collaboratively with specialists and managers to deliver key HR processes and initiatives at the unit level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at unit level including legally required trainings
  • ensure local employer communication activities including events are consistent
  • deploy services required to be executed at a local level such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration
  • manage local on- and off-boarding activities as main contact person including equipment, accesses and welcome day
  • execute operational P&C activities at unit level collaborating with other LOS specialists in the country
  • support development of local business competence and performance by setting relevant P&C goals
  • secure engagement and retention by understanding conditions of co-workers and identifying improvements
  • manage and coordinate local P&C service delivery to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • coordinate with other LOS specialists to ensure consistent operational delivery
  • provide input on P&C policies to Centres of Expertise and Business Partners
  • deliver service awards and recognition to Line Managers
  • work closely with recruitment team to ensure execution of approach and process
  • coach and advise managers during onboarding process
  • coordinate final terms of exit for voluntary exits and Reduction in Force
  • rescind offer/contract for no-shows and job changes that did not take place
