We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented P&C Operations Coordinator to join our P&C (People & Culture) Operations team in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with experience from a student job or a similar administrative role, who enjoys working with processes, documentation, and creating structure.
Job Responsibility:
Contract handling, from drafting employment contracts to ensuring all relevant documentation is in place ahead of employee start dates
Support core P&C Operations administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating systems, and preparing documentation. Ensure that data is accurate and up to date
Assist in handling P&C operations processes and help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across the countries in which we operate
Support audit preparation and documentation, and follow structured processes to ensure consistency and compliance across locations
Act as a point of contact for employee and manager questions, providing timely and helpful, solution-oriented support. Guide employees on topics such as parental leave, vacation, and other People & Culture matters, based on local employment laws and internal policies
Assist in coordinating with Employer of Record partners and help ensure smooth administrative handling in relevant locations
Help maintain documentation and support reporting tasks to ensure reliable data and insights
Provide ad hoc support to the P&C Operations Lead on various administrative and operational tasks, contributing where needed and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Have some experience with administrative tasks, for example from a student job, internship, or junior role
Have an interest in People & Culture and administrative processes
Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and systems
Are proactive and take initiative when you see opportunities to improve or help
Are comfortable working in English
additional EU languages are a plus
Have basic experience with Microsoft Office
experience with HR systems is an advantage but not required
Are motivated to learn and grow in an international environment
