The role will lead the People and Culture ('P&C') function and team responsible for partnering with leaders in the business, developing and implementing P&C Strategies in line with people, business and commercial goals. This role will look after all verticals in P&C including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety in its remit. This isn't just an HR role—it's a commercial leadership position. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will own the end-to-end P&C lifecycle. You will lead a high-performing team (including Payroll, L&D, and OD) to deliver a people strategy that doesn't just 'tick boxes' but drives real business results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with leaders in the business
  • Developing and implementing P&C Strategies in line with people, business and commercial goals
  • Oversee all verticals in P&C including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety
  • Own the end-to-end P&C lifecycle

  • Design and execute a P&C road map that aligns with global commercial goals
  • Act as a critical partner and coach to senior leaders on complex ER/IR and organisational change
  • Lead remuneration benchmarking, benefits reviews, and performance frameworks
  • Oversee WHS culture, Workers’ Compensation, and Return-to-Work processes
  • Oversee approval of payroll runs and refinement of organizational structures
  • Talent acquisition, engagement, and retention

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Senior P&C leadership role
  • Ability to pivot from high-level OD strategy to the technicalities of payroll and WHS
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in high-growth, creative, or fast-paced professional services environments
  • Bachelor or educational qualifications in HR and/or business or work experience equivalents
What we offer:
  • Add a renowned brand to your resume
  • Expand and grow with the company
  • Enjoy a 4:1 hybrid split that balances deep collaboration with personal autonomy
  • Full ownership with a broad remit across all P&C verticals
