• Guiding, executing and coordinating operational people and culture service delivery for the defined scope of services within assigned areas: Absenteeism and Prevention
• Be a strong people manager to secure strong foundation for operational excellence
• Looking for the opportunities, how to improve current ways of working
• Providing input on P&C policies, processes and programs to P&C stakeholders within the area of responsibility
• Deploying services that are required to be executed at a local level
• Managing and coordinating local P&C service delivery to ensure risk and compliance

• Experienced leader with passion for operational excellence within People & Culture

• Fluent English (must), Dutch (plus)
