Job Description:

Join IKEA as a P&C Location Operational Services Team Leader and guide, execute, and coordinate operational people and culture service delivery within assigned areas such as Absenteeism and Prevention. This role focuses on operational excellence and leadership in a hybrid working environment at the Haarlem service office.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding, executing, and coordinating operational People and Culture service delivery for the defined scope of services within assigned areas: Absenteeism and Prevention
being a strong people manager to secure a strong foundation for operational excellence
looking for opportunities to improve current ways of working
providing input on People and Culture policies, processes, and programs to relevant stakeholders
deploying services required to be executed at a local level
managing and coordinating local People and Culture service delivery to ensure risk and compliance.

Requirements:

Experienced leader with passion for operational excellence within People & Culture
technical savvy
flexible and stress-resistant
natural networker
always seeking improvement: 'what we do today, how can we do it better tomorrow?'
fluent English (must), Dutch (plus).
