Job Responsibility:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies that support organizational goals and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
Advise on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
Support and guide leaders in P&C core processes and our annual wheel - the CPD process, people review and our Employee Engagement Survey
Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and company policies
Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to guide leaders
Contribute to P&C processes such as compensation reviews, policy development, and organizational change
Act as a change agent to promote cultural alignment and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience from HR or P&C roles
Comprehensive understanding of Danish employment law and P&C processes
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
