Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies that support organizational goals and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Support and guide leaders in P&C core processes and our annual wheel - the CPD process, people review and our Employee Engagement Survey
  • Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and company policies
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to guide leaders
  • Contribute to P&C processes such as compensation reviews, policy development, and organizational change
  • Act as a change agent to promote cultural alignment and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience from HR or P&C roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of Danish employment law and P&C processes
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
