Job Responsibility:
Respond to owner inquiries clearly and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or guest-related issues
Keep accurate records of owner interactions in internal systems
Take ownership of issues until they are resolved
Work closely with colleagues to maintain service quality during busy periods
Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements
Adapt to evolving tools, processes, and workflows
Requirements:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Fluent Portuguese & English (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
