Join GuestReady as an Owner Success Associate (Portuguese & English Speaker). You'll be the main contact for property owners, ensuring smooth communication, quick problem resolution, and strong long-term partnerships. Your goal is to help owners feel confident, supported, and successful with GuestReady.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to owner inquiries clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or guest-related issues
  • Keep accurate records of owner interactions in internal systems
  • Take ownership of issues until they are resolved
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain service quality during busy periods
  • Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements
  • Adapt to evolving tools, processes, and workflows

Requirements

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Fluent Portuguese & English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
