At Four Seasons Residence Club, our Owner Services team plays a vital role in delivering the brand's renowned personalized service, that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence. The Owner Services Agent serves as a trusted point of contact for our owners and guests, who anticipates needs, personalizes every interaction, and ensures a seamless and memorable experience from the moment travel plans begin.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Residence Club owners and guests, delivering prompt, personalized, and attentive service
  • Coordinate and book a variety of reservations including Owner stays, Rentals, and Exchange reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage owner time, including use privileges such as split weeks, double usage, and external exchange opportunities
  • Proactively identify owner preferences and anticipate needs, ensuring all special requests and personal touches are arranged prior to arrival
  • Partner closely with Concierge and other departments to arrange transportation, dining, activities, and other guest experiences
  • Maintain detailed and accurate guest profiles, ensuring all preferences and special requests are documented and communicated effectively
  • Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on Four Seasons Residence Club ownership programs, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver consistent follow-through on all requests, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest and owner experience
  • Build strong relationships with owners through professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to service excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a hospitality, luxury service, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency with computers and phone systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust through genuine, relationship-driven service

Nice to have

  • Four Seasons experience preferred
  • Experience with Opera (PMS) or similar systems is preferred
