Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and care

Partner across teams to ensure properties meet quality standards and guest expectations
Conduct regular property inspections and recommend upgrades or enhancements
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities to grow the owner portfolio
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations
Proficiency in reviewing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple owner accounts
