A leading property management company is seeking a Short-Term Rental Owner Relations Manager to serve as the trusted partner for homeowners. In this relationship-driven role, you’ll ensure properties are expertly managed, profitable, and consistently meet high standards. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections while shaping the owner experience in a growing segment of the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and care
  • Onboard new owners by setting clear expectations and coordinating property setup
  • Build lasting, trust-based relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive retention
  • Partner across teams to ensure properties meet quality standards and guest expectations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and recommend upgrades or enhancements
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities to grow the owner portfolio

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations
  • Proficiency in reviewing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple owner accounts
