Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience. Provide guests and owners with all the info they need about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone. Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback and resolve issues promptly. Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing. Assist in delivering memorable events for both owners and guests. Parkdean Resorts is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
