This is a unique, fast-track leadership path designed for future global executives. Phase 1 (Initial 1–2 years): Based at the Tokyo headquarters, you will master the global business model, oversee group consolidation, and drive financial strategy for over a dozen domestic and international subsidiaries. Phase 2 (Overseas Deployment): Following your domestic tenure, you will be appointed as CFO of a major overseas subsidiary. Potential locations include Americas and ASEAN countries.
Job Responsibility:
Master the global business model, oversee group consolidation, and drive financial strategy for over a dozen domestic and international subsidiaries
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closing processes for the entire group
Direct the financial reporting and tax compliance for international subsidiaries while acting as the primary liaison for auditing firms
Spearhead the group-wide rollout of a unified ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) across global locations
Manage and develop a core team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Provide critical financial insights and transparency to the executive board to guide global investment and growth
Requirements:
10+ years of robust accounting/finance experience in a listed company or equivalent large-scale enterprise
Proven track record in a management role (Section Manager level or higher)
